young people in society at large.
The aim of all our training efforts is to foster competent young employees in upholding our
high standard of precision, and to offer them the best possible entry into their careers.
To achieve this goal, we offer our apprentices and trainees many additional services to augment
their normal training schedules.
These "extras" include internships, regular excursions, and visits to trade fairs. Naturally,
we also take our apprentices along on repairs on-site.
We offer highly motivated school-leavers a true win-win situation: we expect better performance
– in return, the apprentices get better training.
